If you are new to therapy or returning to it, it's normal to feel anxious or unsure about where to start. It's a big step and also it's an opportunity to grow, develop new insights and increase capacity to feel grounded.
About Me
I work from a place of deep empathy, understanding, intuition, and humor.
I was born in Michoacán, Mexico and was raised in Southern California. I discovered the Northwest as a graduate student. I graduated from the Professional Mental Health Counseling program at Lewis and Clark College in 2014. I found my way to private practice after working in community mental health, and at a group practice. I practice from a culturally-informed and trauma-informed perspective.
I am registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors, LPC, and am bound by the Code of Ethics.
